if necessary, we may request additional information and documents to provide the best solution for you (for example: photos of the cargo, explanations regarding the packaging, additional requirements from the shipping line or railway operator, MSDS, certificates of origin, fumigation certificate, etc)
to form the contract, we require your Company Information Sheet, upon receipt of your CIS, we will send you the prepared contract for your signature
